Langoor Digital is looking for an experienced SEO Analyst to drive organic visibility, traffic, and conversions for services-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both on-page and off-page SEO and prior exposure to working in a digital agency environment.


Role Overview

The SEO Analyst will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies with a strong focus on analytics, user behavior insights, and evolving search experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering technical, on-page, and content opportunities.
  • Plan and execute on-page SEO, including keyword mapping, meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and schema implementation.
  • Drive off-page SEO initiatives such as link building, digital PR, and local listings.
  • Monitor and optimize performance across Google, Bing, and Yahoo using webmaster tools.
  • Track and analyze organic traffic, engagement, and conversions using GA4 and Google Search Console.
  • Analyze user behavior using tools like Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar to identify UX and conversion gaps.
  • Implement SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO strategies aligned with AI-driven search experiences.
  • Collaborate with content, design, paid media, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
  • Stay updated with algorithm changes, search trends, and SEO tools, and recommend continuous improvements.

Primary Skills & Tools

  • Strong expertise in on-page and off-page SEO for services-based businesses.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
  • Familiarity with AEO and GEO concepts.
  • Experience using user behavior and CRO tools such as Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar.
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of SEO differences across Google, Bing, and Yahoo, including SERP features.

Preferred Background

  • 3+ years of dedicated SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven success in improving rankings and organic traffic for services-led businesses.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field is a plus.

We are looking for an SEO Specialist with strong experience in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with multiple teams and be able to support paid marketing initiatives when required.


Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and content.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and redirects.
  • Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building activities.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content.

Cross-Support: Paid Marketing

  • Coordinate with the paid media team to align SEO and PPC strategies.

Requirements

Senior Manager, Digital Marketing (Paid & Performance Marketing Specialist)

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid and performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and ROI across multiple digital channels. This role requires deep expertise in paid platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising, as well as a strong working knowledge of web analytics, app promotion campaigns, and Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) like AppsFlyer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and manage app promotion campaigns, ensuring optimal reach and user acquisition while maximizing cost efficiencies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, product, analytics) to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Own the performance marketing KPIs, including CAC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Utilize MMP platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer) for attribution, deep linking, and multi-touch campaign measurement to assess and improve user journeys.

  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic buying platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize budgets, bids, and audience targeting strategies for high spend, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools for campaign reporting, user behavior analysis, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience developing and scaling app install campaigns, including remarketing and retention strategies.
  • Proficient in working with MMPs such as AppsFlyer for campaign attribution, deep linking, and fraud prevention.
