    SEO Analyst (3–4 Years Experience)

    Langoor Digital is looking for an experienced SEO Analyst to drive organic visibility, traffic, and conversions for services-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both on-page and off-page SEO and prior exposure to working in a digital agency environment.


    Role Overview

    The SEO Analyst will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies with a strong focus on analytics, user behavior insights, and evolving search experiences.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering technical, on-page, and content opportunities.
    • Plan and execute on-page SEO, including keyword mapping, meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and schema implementation.
    • Drive off-page SEO initiatives such as link building, digital PR, and local listings.
    • Monitor and optimize performance across Google, Bing, and Yahoo using webmaster tools.
    • Track and analyze organic traffic, engagement, and conversions using GA4 and Google Search Console.
    • Analyze user behavior using tools like Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar to identify UX and conversion gaps.
    • Implement SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO strategies aligned with AI-driven search experiences.
    • Collaborate with content, design, paid media, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
    • Stay updated with algorithm changes, search trends, and SEO tools, and recommend continuous improvements.

    Primary Skills & Tools

    • Strong expertise in on-page and off-page SEO for services-based businesses.
    • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
    • Familiarity with AEO and GEO concepts.
    • Experience using user behavior and CRO tools such as Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar.
    • Working knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Understanding of SEO differences across Google, Bing, and Yahoo, including SERP features.

    Preferred Background

    • 3+ years of dedicated SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
    • Proven success in improving rankings and organic traffic for services-led businesses.
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field is a plus.
