Senior Manager, Digital Marketing (Paid & Performance Marketing Specialist)
Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid and performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and ROI across multiple digital channels. This role requires deep expertise in paid platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising, as well as a strong working knowledge of web analytics, app promotion campaigns, and Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) like AppsFlyer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms to meet business objectives.
- Develop and manage app promotion campaigns, ensuring optimal reach and user acquisition while maximizing cost efficiencies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, product, analytics) to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Own the performance marketing KPIs, including CAC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Utilize MMP platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer) for attribution, deep linking, and multi-touch campaign measurement to assess and improve user journeys.
- Implement and analyze web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and dashboarding tools to monitor campaign performance, derive insights, and inform optimization strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in paid media, performance marketing, and tracking methodologies.
Key Requirements
- 7 to 9 years of experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrated focus on paid and performance marketing channels.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic buying platforms.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize budgets, bids, and audience targeting strategies for high spend, multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools for campaign reporting, user behavior analysis, and funnel optimization.
- Experience developing and scaling app install campaigns, including remarketing and retention strategies.
- Proficient in working with MMPs such as AppsFlyer for campaign attribution, deep linking, and fraud prevention.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with large datasets to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and agency/vendor relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Analytics certification, Meta Blueprint, or similar platform certifications.
- Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and creative testing for digital campaigns.
- Experience in B2B and B2C environments.
