SEO Specialist (3–4 Years Experience)
Location: Bangalore | Full-time | On-site
We are looking for an SEO Specialist with strong experience in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with multiple teams and be able to support paid marketing initiatives when required.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and content.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and redirects.
- Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building activities.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content.
- Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Cross-Support: Paid Marketing
- Coordinate with the paid media team to align SEO and PPC strategies.
- Provide keyword insights and content recommendations for paid campaigns.
- Support landing page optimization for conversions and quality score.
- Assist with reporting and performance reviews for paid campaigns when needed.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical).
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads or Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Magento, Shopify, etc.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
