    UX/UI Designer

    Experience: 3–4 years
    Employment Type: Full-time
    Open Positions: 1

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who has actually worked on real products, spoken to users and clients, and can take ownership of projects end to end. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident, curious, and comfortable explaining their thinking.

    • Own UX/UI work across real, live projects — from discovery to delivery
    • Plan and conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies
    • Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear design decisions
    • Create and refine user personas, journeys, and flows
    • Define information architecture and create sitemaps
    • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces (Figma is a must)
    • Collaborate closely with product, tech, and business teams to shape solutions
    • Present ideas, research findings, and design rationale clearly to stakeholders and clients
    • Continuously iterate designs based on feedback, data, and real-world usage

    What we are looking for

    • 3–4 years of hands-on UX/UI experience, preferably on web and/or app products
    • Has worked on real projects (not just concept or portfolio-only work)
    • Comfortable handling clients — calls, presentations, feedback, and discussions
    • Strong communicator who can clearly explain design decisions and trade-offs
    • Able to independently manage projects, while also collaborating well within a team
    • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices
    • Experience working with both qualitative insights and quantitative data
    • Familiar with analytics tools like Google Analytics (or similar)
    • Proficient with tools like Figma (mandatory), Sketch/Adobe, and presentation tools
    • Experience in e-commerce, IT products/services, or digital-native startups
    • Exposure to fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly
