Desired profile:

• Strong experience in web application testing, with a focus on cross-browser and device compatibility
• Experience testing CMS platforms and e-commerce systems
• Exposure to mobile application testing
• Proven experience in manual & automated functional testing
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on QA automation experience using tools such as: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright / Puppeteer, Postman / REST Assured for API testing
• Capable of writing and maintaining automation test scripts
• Proficient in test planning, test case creation, execution, defect logging, and validation
• Good understanding of SQL for backend data validation
• Ability to own QA delivery independently for assigned projects
• Comfortable working and collaborating with development, product, and business teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr will be an added advantage
• Should be able to manage a team of 5-6 QA resources.
