Business Analyst/Project Manager
Location: Bengaluru, India [Hybrid]

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst / Project Manager who excels in working with clients and stakeholders from diverse geographical locations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects, analysing business processes, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders located across different geographies. You will play a critical role in ensuring successful project delivery, maintaining effective communication, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders worldwide.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects involving geographically dispersed clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources, tasks, and deliverables across different locations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders located in different geographic regions.
- Understand clients’ business objectives, requirements, and challenges.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key individuals and groups affected by the project.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive collaboration and consensus.
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Business Analysis:
- Analyse and document current business processes, workflows, and systems.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to define business requirements and success criteria.
- Assist in the development of functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed changes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams across different geographies.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Use appropriate communication tools and platforms to facilitate remote collaboration.
- Bridge cultural and language barriers to ensure effective communication.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager working with geographically diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and adapt to different cultures, communication styles, and time zones.
- Proficient in using project management tools, collaboration platforms, and virtual communication tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, analyse data, and propose solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and client needs.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are a plus.
