Sr Manager-Digital Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent leadership skills, and a strong track record of driving growth through online platforms. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and effective digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:-
Analytics & Reporting:
• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to monitor website traffic, track campaign performance, and derive actionable insights.
• Generate monthly reports on KPIs such as ROI, customer acquisition, website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
• Recommend improvements and adjustments based on data-driven insights.
Paid Media & PPC Campaigns:
• Manage and optimize paid media strategies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Continuously analyze and adjust bids, keywords, ad copy, and targeting to maximize ROI.
Branding & Online Presence:
• Ensure all digital marketing activities reflect the brand’s identity, values, and messaging consistently across platforms.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep the brand competitive in the market.
Collaboration & Leadership:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure alignment with overall marketing and business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketers and agencies, ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and optimization of ad spend.
• Track expenditures and ensure that digital marketing campaigns are delivered within budget
Experience:
• More than 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns (SEM, SMO,email marketing, Market place marketing etc.).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar marketing tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in paid search and display ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Emailer ads, Programmatic Ads Content syndication ads etc.).
• Key Competencies:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and an eye for design to ensure visually appealing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
